Where are you based?

• We are located in San Antonio, Texas.

Where do you ship from?

• All orders ship from our San Antonio location.

What shipping methods do you use and how much does it cost?

• All orders ship using USPS Priority Mail. Orders over $100 ship for FREE! Orders less than $100 are charged a flat shipping rate plus handing.  

How long will it take to receive my order?

• Shipping times vary depending on your location. In general, items in stock should arrive in 3-7 days. Please note that seasonal periods and holidays can delay your order delivery.

What payments methods do you accept?

• We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

• We currently only ship within the continental United States.

Will my order be taxed?

• Your order will not be taxed unless it is being shipped to Texas in which case, sales tax will automatically be charged up to 8.25% at checkout.
